Tom was a pleasure to work with. He showed exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Tom took the time to explain the area, the people, and the rules. He was also helpful in letting us know what approximate well costs would be. Tom also explained the closing procedure to us, being we were from out of state we were able to close without having to travel back and forth. We have ran into Tom since the sale and he is always willing to offer help. For a stress free process i would highly recommend him.
