Adam was the sole reason we got our house in this INSANE market. We went house hunting 3 days a week saw around 50 homes before our 11th offer was finally accepted. We searched high and low and ended up in a neighborhood we didn’t think we could possibly afford. Adam was INCREDIBLE. Not only was he super knowledgeable about every step of the process, he really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and understood everything we were getting into. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect AT ALL, and Adam made it extremely easy for us through the home search, negotiating with sellers, setting up inspections, and finally closing!! Many of our friends and family checked in on our stress level throughout the process but each time we were able to report back that we were actually feeling calm and confident because we were in such great supportive hands with Adam. He really knows what he’s talking about, and was extremely quick answering any question we had, no matter how small. He truly helped us like I imagine he would have his own family. We cannot recommend Adam enough, and will absolutely be using him for any buying/selling house needs we have in the future.
