I’ve lived in this 1950s Burbank home for the last 10 years as a renter and have been very happy here. Then I received a notice by the owner stating that they were going to put it on the market. I was not ready to move. I spoke to Jacqueline and Adam who said why don’t you make an offer and buy it. I said I don’t think it’s possible I’m self-employed and don’t know if I could get approved for a loan. They not only helped me find a lender but they suck with me throughout the entire process anytime I needed to contact them anytime of the day or evening. They were more than happy to take my call. I would highly recommend Jacqueline and Adam to anyone Looking to buy a new home or sell your home They are the best Happy new homeowner Terry
