We have not yet decided to buy a house, so no score on negotiation. That said, Adam has been great about narrowing the field based on our needs. He also gets the background info on properties we are interested in, so that we have information on top of what is listed in MLS. He also keeps a good eye out for new listings! Some service for someone we have not met in person!

Pointed out all faults/concerns on potential problems areas of house. Had answers for every technical aspect of the house we had. Showed us recently sold homes near the house we were looking at similar in value. Showed us potential homes previously on short notice. No no nonsense, looking out for our best interest and funny guy. I don’t understand how people can use other realtors that can’t answer technical construction aspects of homes as fast as Adam can.
