Adam was a lifesaver and I'm so thankful he was willing to take me on as a collaborator. My home was in massive need of renovation to reach its peak selling potential. He walked me through the different tiers of what he thought was possible and the return on investment at each level. He even recommended some contractors to help me through the process and took personal accountability for the work being done. Lastly, I had to move across country before renovations were completed.
