I cannot say enough about Adam. It took well over a year for my home purchase to occur. I was in no position to buy, credit was shot with a bunch of debt. Adam put me in touch with a lender, who steered me towards credit repair. I did what they suggested, improved my credit, payed off some debt, and qualified for home loan. Adam and I got to shopping, with him gently reminding me of my wish list when my impatience would take over, or if shiny things caught my squirrel eye. I ended up purchasing my home. Adam is very adamant and eager to find you a great home. You give him your budget and he doesn't try and push you over the limit as a lot of agents tend to do. He's down to earth, and gives you the no BS version of what's going on. After a rather rough experience with our broker, Adam stuck it through and checked in constantly to ensure our home buying didn't fall through. He was also more than happy to take us to see houses all about the area and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.
