This was not our first time working with Adam Flinchbaugh, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. We knew from our previous experience that Adam was the realtor we wanted when it was time to sell our home and purchase our next one. When it came time to list, his pricing and marketing strategy worked extremely well—we received multiple full-price offers almost immediately after going active, and ended up selling over the list price. Our side of the sale went smoothly, but the buyer encountered issues with their lender. Adam went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. He stayed on top of the buyer’s lender, provided the additional information they requested, kept us informed, and continued advocating for us until everything was resolved. I also want to recognize Jill Bleecker and Adam’s team. Jill was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. It was clear that we had a great team working behind the scenes. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be stressful, but Adam and his team made a huge difference. The fact that we chose to work with Adam again says a lot about our experience. We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend Adam, Jill, and his entire team!
