Adam is awesome! He helped us immensely. Very quick responses to all of our emails, texts, and calls! He went above and beyond! We moved from East Tennessee so we had several Zoom showings! We highly recommend him. And we would use him again!! Thanks Adam!

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience working with Adam Fernandez. He went above and beyond to help us every step of the way while selling our home. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend. We Highly Recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Adam is very knowledgeable about the PG and Cape Coral markets. He expertly identified homes and areas that best matched our interest. He maintained constant communications with us and maximized our shopping time while visiting the area from New England. Adam greatly assisted us in preparing an offer and managed the follow ups for us. He was always available, often at a moments notice, and remained patient with us as we worked through the process remotely. I can’t say enough about Adam and the team he works with. I would highly recommend Adam and Berkshire Hathaway.

Adam was a pleasure to work with. On the other hand, I am not easy to work with and Adam accommodated all my requests no matter how crazy they appeared. He is very patient and provided me with the attention I expected. Finally, I can highly recommend Mr Fernandez to fulfill your real estate needs as a buyer or seller. Adam's the guy, and he will go above and beyond to satisfy your objectives and goals. AJ

Extremely patient, very good person. If you do not know how to speak much English, you have no idea of the process of buying a house, and you are looking for someone who has all the patience in the world to help you, look for Adam Fernandez. Basically our dream of having a house was largely thanks to him. Thanks for everything Adam. Next house I call you.
