Dealing with Adam is a five star experience. I started looking for apartment in Harlem/ Hamilton Heights area for about a year. I have not met anyone who is so meticulous about the whole process from checking different apartments, being in my budget and navigating the entire process of bidding ,completing the insane documentation which is essential to close the deal. He would send me several e mails regarding queries or concerns about buildings, coops, condos. I have no hesitation in recommending him whole heartedly if anyone wants a realtor in New York.
