Adam was incredibly helpful and fantastic at negotiating a lower price for the house we purchased (and he did it in this crazy market no-less). He provided an ethical and highly rated inspector for our house, he was consistent in contacting us and answering questions, and during closing he was the first agent I have ever worked with that was present for a pretty straightforward closing just in case there were any questions. He was excellent in providing a follow-up call to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and to offer any assistance in helping us find moving reputable companies to assist us in our relocation. We liked working with him so much we are entrusting him with the sale of our previous house as well.
