Adam helped the reviewer buy this property

Adam is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure to work with! I very highly recommend him. We live in Colorado and found a home we wanted to purchase in Wichita. The home had 2 offers on it and was only accepting offers another 2 days, so on very short notice and by happenstance, we got in touch with Adam. Having never met him, I flew in the next day with a list of homes to view, but with this house top of my list. He picked me up from the airport and arranged all the viewings on extremely short notice. Not only is he the most knowledgeable agent when it comes to real estate values, but with his experience in construction, he was also able to guide us in valuing the electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc. With his recommendations on an offer, the seller accepted our offer and we closed with ease. Being out-of-town buyers, Adam was extremely accommodating, making himself available to be at the property anytime we needed a representative there, and has even continued with that help after closing. Adam is one of those people you say to yourself "We are so lucky to have met him!". We hope to find another property in the future and we look forward to our continued relationship with Adam Crowder!
