Very knowledgeable

We were assigned Adam by chance through a Realtor request and knew that he was the agent for us when we met with him. He is very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and construction aspects of houses. We bought a house as is that scared other buyers off because of structural beams and braces. With Adam’s knowledge we moved forward with an offer and had a structural engineer come out. The engineer assured us of the condition of the home and we feel so lucky to have bought our house at the price we did. Adam was very responsive and always let me know that no question was a dumb question. I really enjoyed working with Adam and appreciate his insights and advice. I highly recommend working with Adam!
