This review is well over-due as Adam helped me purchase my condo at the end of April. With this being my first purchase and living out of state, I went into the process cautious and a bit uncertain of what to expect. I was connected to Adam by Bryce Waite at Celebrity Home Loans, and I was immediately drawn to Adam’s professionalism, patience in answering my questions, and around-the-clock commitment to supporting me during this purchase. He was proactive in sharing properties that fit my criteria, was thorough and detailed oriented with his virtual tour videos, and his understanding of / pulse on the market was on clear display with his guidance on where he recommended I come in with offers. Adam not only helped us sell our home quickly and at an all time record high for the neighborhood and find a realtor to help us find a new home more than 1500 miles away. He was thorough and quick to answer anything we needed. Giving advise along the way but always letting us make the decision. From the first day we spoke, it was less than 2 weeks until we closed on the purchase of our property. Amazing! Adam made an appointment the first day on the market and walked us through the property via video. We extended a contract that day electronically. He met the inspector and went to closing. He did everything we asked him to quickly and painless close on our property. We were extremely pleased!

So, to begin, I met Adam shortly after deciding to decline a rent to own program through another agency. I was just terrified that the terms were too difficult to keep up with. I knew my credit scores and had been working hard after a difficult divorce to put my finances and credit along with the rest of my life back together. I was still dreaming of owning a home and submitted a request to view a couple of homes, Adam happened to respond to my request. He immediately took me out to look at homes and did so on a few occasions, but I had explained to him that I was not likely the best customer for him as my credit was challenged. Adam thankfully was not put off and insisted that I probably was not as bad off as I thought. He asked me if we could run my credit to see where I was, but I was a nervous nelly and declined. He asked if we could talk about it in a month or two and I said that would be ok. This was in December 2019. Adam contacted me in January of 2020 and he was correct, I was not as far off the mark as I thought. Adam and his team at Celebrity Homes were so incredibly supportive and took me on a journey I never truly thought I would make...purchasing my own home. We ran my credit in Jan, I found a home and went under contract in February and March 2020, 3 weeks after contract was entered, I closed on my home. Adam did as promised and held my hand and heart through the whole process. I felt so many things, but cried with joy as I took the key to my home. It was a wonderful and stressful experience, but I am glad that I had Adam and his team at my side. You will not be disappointed! Also, I want to mention that Adam traveled as far as two hours out of the way to show me homes. That meant four hours total drive time to take me to view homes. That did not include the time it took to actually tour the 3-5 homes each time we went out. He will work hard for you and he will not leave you alone. He will make you feel you are valued.
