We had a difficult home search, with several rejected offers, and our own very specific wants and needs. Adam was helpful and patient throughout, and responded quickly when needed. He was open and honest and seemed willing to give honest feedback, when it would have been easier to push us on a house that wasn't a great fit. We enjoyed working with him and will definitely keep him in mind for future needs, ours or family members. Carpenter Realty in general, I don't have a strong opinion for or against, as Adam was the only real contact we had with Carpenter reality.
