Since I had never been to Indiana before, it was very important to me to have an agent with extensive knowledge of the local area, as I was completely unfamiliar. Adam was a great tour guide, and gave me the inside scoop on the area and helped me identify suitable towns, before we zeroed in on appropriate properties. Ultimately, we are very happy with the house we bought and the service provided was superior.
