Named the 2022 RE/MAX U.S. Broker/Owner of the Year, Adam previously co-founded and led a Connecticut brokerage that grew to four offices and earned the President's Circle Award, the Eagle Award, and recognition as CT Brokerage of the Year. His work spans residential leadership, agent development, and commercial brokerage across office, retail, and multi-family transactions.
A retired NYPD Sergeant born and raised in Naugatuck, Adam serves as the elected Treasurer for the Town of Naugatuck and on the boards of SMART MLS, the Naugatuck Valley Health District, and the Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Naugatuck with his wife Rachel and their two children, Brielle and Evan.
