Adam Bellinski

It's normally my policy to provide at least one item of constructive criticism. However, I honestly cannot think of anything that Adam and Matt could have done better during our house hunting process. We spent the most amount of time with Adam but Matt provided valuable expertise as well. With the help of Adam (and a little good luck) my fiancé and I found a fantastic home at a very fair price. Adam "tells it like it is" for better or worse. He pointed out things we never would have noticed. He was also great during the entire purchase process detailing every step and explaining necessary paperwork. Just weeks before closing we had the misfortune of our new above-ground pool blowing over and becoming destroyed... in November. We felt comfortable simply asking the seller for a credit and delaying the headache until the spring. However, Adam went above and beyond contacting local pool vendors for replacement options and associated costs. To our surprise, Adam made arrangements with the seller to have a new pool installed that same week. With all the headaches we expected from hearing horror stories about buying a first home, we could have not been more pleasantly surprised.
