It was an overall smooth process from visiting the area to moving in. Adam also set us up with local resources, including movers and contractors to do some remodeling on the new house before fully moving in. Adam continues to help us in getting to know Charleston and feeling welcome and excited about moving to the area. We highly recommend Adam, a wonderful person to work with.

His videos, marketing our neighborhood, have been seen all over the United States. His unique style of videos and marketing have continued to drive up the value of our homes and he continues to set records for every floor plan in the neighborhood. He embodies everything that is good in Charleston and loves his work. This is one of the reasons that makes working with him such a pleasure. He walked me through the entire process and I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. I can go on and on about my experience with Adam but the bottom line is that he is the best there is on John’s Island. If you are buying or selling this is your relator. I have been in worked in sales my entire life and Adam is the real deal.
