Adam is very knowledgeable on all of the mountain communities, and showed us several homes. When we put an offer one, he was very professional and kept us in the loop through the whole process. He always got back to us as quickly as possible when we had questions. This is actually the second time Adam has helped us. He sold our home in Bakersfield a few years ago, and we were happy with all he did for us. It sold quickly with a price above asking.

Adam was referred to me by a family member. I was going to be relocating to Bakersfield and needed a realtor to work from a referral. I was already denied by another realtor stating "they couldn't because there was not enough commission for them" Adam said YES right away. He patiently walked me through the process while I waited to sell my home up north. He replied to every text and phone call during this crazy time in my life. When I finally was able to drive to Bakersfield to meet him in person and look at homes, he allocated a full weekend and had homes lined up.
