Ada Chuang

Ada was a great agent. This was my first home buying experience and I am relatively new to the area. Ada's bilingual skills helped during explanation of the home buying process with my family. We spent around 5-6 months looking for a home. Our criteria had changed several times and saw at least 50 or more homes together. Ada was always very patience and very quick to respond to text messages or phone calls. There were several times where Ada was able to negotiate better solutions for us during the home buying process. Overall, she really advocated for her client, and did not push her client to do things that would benefit herself. Ada has great patience, especially working with my family. I am happy to have met Ada and do have finally closed on my home!

In the past, Ada helped me obtain a rental place to live. She was very responsive and helpful, so I decided to contact her again to help me purchase a home this time. I had quite a few questions as a first time home buyer, but Ada kindly addressed them all, whether she answered them herself or referred me to someone else. The whole process was very smooth and easy, especially with Ada always looking out for my best interest.
