Abby was everything we needed in an agent for our first time home buying experience - knowledgable, straightforward, honest, proactive, familiar with the area, and not pushy. She helped us understand the process right off the bat (and was willing to explain it multiple times when we inevitably forgot something). She knew the area very well and helped give us valuable perspective, not being afraid to be honest about our expectations, but also helping us look for things in houses that we didn't notice ourselves (good and bad!).
