Abigail was amazing!!! We have always heard nightmare stories from first time homeowners and let me just say… WOW!!! Abigail made this process extremely easy and we felt supported every step of the way. Keep in mind we are from out of state and it felt like Abigail was with us out in the Northeast. Abigail was great! I am a first time buyer and Abigail helped me so much through the whole process. She was always available to me when I needed her, she never made me feel like my questions were dumb, and she was always willing to ask the sellers anything I needed. She's also very down to earth, easy to talk to and always makes you feel comfortable around her. At showings she made sure to ask me the important questions and point out things I otherwise wouldn't have noticed. It was obvious she wasn't just trying to sell me a house as fast as she could but truly wanted to make sure I found the right fit. Once I found a house and was under contract, she was still with me every step of the way. Always making sure I knew the steps and pushing for things I wanted. If you're looking for a house, I highly recommend Abigail!

Abigail is super professional, accommodating and most importantly patient. My buying process didn’t go as smoothly as first anticipated but with Abigail’s support and perseverance she was able to keep me engaged and most importantly didn’t let me give up. I can happily say after many attempts I found the condo for me and Abigail was there through the whole process with encouragement at the ready. She’s so knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something does the research to get back to me ASAP. Communication was 10/10 with any issue I had I wasn’t afraid to text her and she was more than happy to help every time. Overall I feel lucky to have found someone who is in my corner and makes things happen. I had such a great experience!

She is knowledgeable, conducts herself very professionally and keeps abreast with analysis in property selling trends and values. She is excellent at her job of selling but not so good about detail and providing sellers with progress reports. Abigail didn’t take notes about amenities and possibly cost the lost of a sale 3~4 months earlier. After that she suggested two price drops to sale price. I had gathered all documents covering the house upgrades, warranty, companies that serviced the house; for the new owner. She apparently didn’t do a walk through after the cleaners left because someone, I assume another realtor put them inside a cabinet. Abigail didn’t have knowledge of these documents although they were left in the kitchen in plain sight. My neighbors called to let me know lights were on and burning 24/7. I’m 800 miles from Florida and had to call her to tend to them. I was very disappointed in Abigail in that she did not keep me informed of the progress in open houses, how many people came through, comments, etc. She stated she showed about every two weeks but there was little flow of information. Abigail is a very attractive young woman, dresses well, and presents a well put together professional. What I felt I got was someone who did not pay attention to the home details in order to present the facts accurately. The documents I left would have answered many of the questions she called to inquire about. When shenwouldbsoeak to me she would mention dates or progress she was working on and I would not have any knowledge of because she never told me. So many things fell through the crack, that I began to think that my property wasn’t valued as much since the price dropped over time by $60,000 and we both lost money. She was diligent in sending markets report of sales and changing values. But nothing that I could understand as is was housing market trending analysis!

Amazing experience! Abigail tailored our experience to our needs and kept us well informed on every step of the process. She was quick to respond via text email and phone. Abigail helped put us in our forever home!

Abigail was able to sell our house with only 2 showing. She kept us updated on the entire process from start to finish. She came to an area she wasn't familiar with and hit it out of the ballpark. From start to finish the entire process of finding a buyer was less than a month. We pushed closing back so we could find a new place to live but if he had a place beforehand we could of been completely done in a month, start to finish. So if you need a realtor Abigail is for you.
