I'm very pleased with Abigail.
My friends have used Abigail to sell their home. My immediate family (daughter) bought her first home with Abigail as the realtor. Abigail helped me buy a home, and then sell 11019 Hillcroft. Abby has been a family friend for decades - but when thousands of dollars are as stake you look for sellers with proven performance. Using Abby - we were able to do both. Buying, Selling of Renting - Abigail knows the area and she knows what is changing in that area. She knows if this will be a good fit for you, and if you'll be happy.
