Abby was truly exceptional

Abby was truly exceptional. She was referred to us by close friends, who worked with Abby & Abell to Sell before. We were impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of market intelligence that they had about the denver metro market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with them since we were set on buying in a non-HOA neighborhood, and we are so thankful we did. Abby was patient as we FaceTime'd initially, and then traveled back and forth to Denver to look at homes over several weekends, and allocated support when she couldn't be there due to a family emergency. She cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on our side; from supporting a contract termination to demanding items on the inspection report be resolved, this is definitely not her first rodeo. Abby, with Nikki supporting her, made our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Abby was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, always being available, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend Abby & Abell to Sell to anyone.
