I highly recommend Abel as your realtor. He was referred to us by a friend and he exceeded our expectations in every way and made our search for a home as smooth as possible. This was our first time buying a home and didn’t really know what to expect and Abel went above and beyond to ensure that we were aware of all possible scenarios and outcomes to expect, both good and bad. He took the time to explain every question we had regardless of the time of day. Abel took into consideration all of our most important priorities when looking for a house and didn’t pressure us into looking at something that didn’t fit our requests. Abel is an honest individual who only wants to work for his clients and get the very best deal possible for them. He gives great advice based off of his immense experience but ultimately leaves the decision up to his clients. I would recommend Abel 10/10.
