Hard working and attentive to seller's goals

We tasked Abe with selling our home late in the calendar year knowing it might be slower to sell as a result. Abe was transparent and up front when he told us to prepare for possible delays. He gave us some good tips for getting the house ready to show and after a couple open houses, several showings and some price negotiating to a lower but still acceptable price, Abe got us to the goal.
