Abby is a fantastic agent and we are so pleased that we were able to work with her. My sister and I were selling a home that we had recently inherited and we knew that we were going to need a lot of help since we weren't local. Abby was able to meet up with us on short notice and got to work right away. While we originally expected to need to put a significant amount of time and money into the property to get it ready for market, Abby had got us an offer on the home as it was before the ink on our listing agreement was dry. Abby took care of the entire inspection process for us and got us through closing in what felt like record time. She made selling this home a fast, easy, and very pleasant expereience. I really can't recommend her strongly enough.
