Abby was incredibly helpful to us regarding the purchase of our new home. She was extremely responsive and always willing to answer any questions we had. She attended both inspections and helped us to understand the various reports. Abby counseled us on the price we should offer and successfully coached us through the negotiation process. She was also extremely supportive during the closing, which her office made as easy as possible. She personally helped clean out some of the stuff the prior owners left behind. She inspires trust, and we plan to use her again when we sell our current home. She started as a real estate agent, but now we consider her to be a good friend. I would highly recommend Abby for anyone who is looking for an exceptional real estate agent.
