As a first time home buyer working with Abby was an absolute dream! In the current market I was very skeptical about getting an offer accepted or even finding the right house. In a short time Abby had a great understanding of what I was looking for and showed me a lot of great options within my price range. When I finally found a house I loved, Abby helped me submit an offer that same day! She walked me through every step of the process and every detail of the offer before we submitted. A lot more went into submitting an offer than I thought and she spent hours ensuring I understood every detail. That first offer got accepted and we closed within 30 days! There was a LOT I didn’t understand about buying a house, negotiating, and what needed to be done before closing. Abby checked in with me almost every day and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could close on time. (Which we did) I felt completely comfortable trusting Abby to do what she does best and because of this, I’m now in a nicer house than I though I could afford, UNDER BUDGET! Couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did!
