I interviewed three different brokerage firms including Keller Williams. It wasn't the brokerage company per se that I was looking to engage. It was the person who would be handling the sale. What I liked about Abby Goodman was that she had a sincere warmth about her and I trusted my instincts to think that she would be the person who would best represent our family.
