We had a good overall experience working with Abbie. She was very kind, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process. She was always easy to get ahold of, made herself available when we needed her, and was willing to help whenever questions came up. As with any experience, there were a few areas where we felt there was room for growth. There were a couple of situations where we would have appreciated a little more guidance or proactive assistance, specifically with negotiations and gathering information on homes. We also ended up finding most of the homes we looked at ourselves. She was always happy to schedule showings and take us to the properties, but we would have loved to have had more recommendations or insight into properties that might fit what we were looking for. Overall, we really appreciated how personable and accessible she was. Buying a home can be a stressful process, and having someone who was consistently kind and available made a big difference. We wish her continued success and know she'll become an even stronger resource for her clients.
