First and foremost, if you’re looking for a “Family” friendly realtor, Abbie is your lady! My husband and I moved from Florida to Tennessee. At the time, we didn’t know Abbie. She was referred to our local realtor and then passed on to us. I searched the internet and found several places to inspect and passed them on to Abbie. Our first trip to Tennessee was very educational; not just for us but for Abbie as well. We learned more about the areas in which we wanted to reside and she learned more about us as people, individuals and together, our likes and dislikes. We didn’t find anything our first trip so I went back to Florida and searched for more homes. With the list of homes in hand, Abbie went above and beyond to check the homes out with drive by’s so that we wouldn’t have to travel back and forth so much. Needless to say, we found our dream home and have moved to Tennessee. It all happened so quickly. It only took 7 weeks from the time of our first visit to the day we closed and 28 days from offer to closing! We will refer Abbie to everyone and if we ever move again she will be my “go to” lady!
