My family and I moved from MA to Topeka, Wade was an amazing asset. We moved in the peak of COVID and so travel from one state to the other was about impossible. Wade took his time to listen to what my wife and I wanted in a house, steered in the areas he believed would be best for us and started showing us houses. He used FaceTime to walk us through houses while we were states away. I never thought I would buy a house without seeing it in person but that's exactly what we did. We couldn't have done it without Wade and we ended up with the perfect house for us.
