I called upon Aaron Zapata to help us sell our home. His approach to marketing our home made a lot of sense. He did not make grand statements of all the money he was going to make us, instead his approach was thoughtful and current to today's environment. When our house sold in 4 days, ($25k over list), we were panicked to find a replacement home. He reassured me that we WILL find that home. He has a unique way of helping the buyer sort though and remember the numerous homes visited. Even when our buyer's loan process was stalled, he was diligent in getting the issue resolved and provided constant updates. Aaron has a great attitude and above all integrity!
