We want to thank Aaron for the hard work it took him to find us a new home.

Aaron did a good job going to houses and during tours for us as we lived out of the area. Once our offer was accepted, we were on our own when it came to help with inspection requests and necessary fixes needed on the house by the owner. My husband and I had to use a friend to help us formulate what to ask for regarding inspection and house fixing. After we finally closed on the house, Aaron "offered" a gift of cleaning our house by paying 50% of the price and told us to pay $200 of the remaining price. I asked him to cancel the cleaning because thats not a gift if we have to pay. He said he does not usually give his clients anything to begin with. Ultimately, I do not recommend.
