I really want to thank Aaron for all his professional advice and opinion. So now I officially find and own my first home. I met Aaron in an Open House when it was 4:00PM, the end of the open house and spent 30 minutes with me in the house and asked me to take my time. I was amazed by his patience and kindness. Although I did not end up buying the property, I met Aaron and have him as my broker. He has enormous patience and always scheduled appointments in a timely manner (super fast). He showed me so many houses in many areas, including Irvine, North Tustin, Tustin, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel...and went back to the same properties couple times. The most important thing is that he never rushed me to make an offer or pushed me to put an offer. He also encouraged me to check on the properties that do not look good on the website pictures. He taught me to put myself in a seller's shoes when I am making an offer as a buyer.
