Aaron has been so helpful through the process. Working with him during the previous months educated us to be prepared and successful with our eventual property. His connections, especially with our financial agent, made a difference for us. We clearly trusted in Aaron to remind us through the last contingencies and to encourage us through the final sign-off with our escrow company. We actually thought the entire endeavor was going to be more difficult and require more time. Thank goodness it wasn't.
