We cannot begin to shower Aaron Shrier was enough praise and thanks for the dedication he showed to us in finding the perfect home. My husband and I were referred to Aaron by a mutual friend in January of 2022. We had a long and detailed conversation with him about the location and type of house we wanted. He went to work looking for a house. Every day he sent us a list of house to review. We visited him in April and he took us to see many homes. We had no luck finding a home but we weren’t about to give up and especially Aaron was giving up on us. Month after month went by with many houses to view but none were what we wanted. Finally we were able to go back and meet with Aaron in October. Working with him for nine months and with his support and encouragement we were finally able to find our dream home. Without Aaron’s perseverance, real estate knowledge and professionalism this would not have been possible. With Aaron’s help this journey turned out to be a dream far from the nightmare we envisioned. Thank you Aaron, the English language doesn’t have enough positive adjectives to describe not only you but the job you did for us.

Aaron is an exemplary real estate agent. From the beginning of our association with him in the sale of our home his counsel was priceless. In addition, our particular sale involved close coordination with the purchase of our new home. Aaron worked closely with the real estate agent of our new home purchase and the escrow companies. During the listing and sale process, Aaron developed a stunning set of pictures and video that showed the house very well. (Looked so good, wife said she wants to buy “that” house and was proud the way it showed.) He was then able to receive an offer and get the house in escrow in a few short days. When the first buyers dropped out, Aaron received a second offer and was still able to close the sale at the same time the original offer would have closed.
