Aaron helped the reviewer buy this property

Great guidance through a difficult purchase!

Aaron Ork was exceptional at communicating, advocating for us, and helping us navigate what ultimately became a complicated and stressful home-buying process. His communication was outstanding every step of the way. Toward the end of the transaction, closing was delayed multiple times because the sellers were moving slowly on their survey, leaving us trying to coordinate our move around constantly shifting timelines. Through all of it, Aaron went above and beyond to keep us informed, answer our questions, push for early move-in, and make himself available whenever we needed him. Having someone so responsive and dependable in our corner made a huge difference during a very stressful time. He also brought a huge amount of knowledge and practical expertise to the table. He provided comparable properties to help us understand the market and negotiated $27,000 in credits on our behalf. In no time at all, he picked up on the different kinds of work needed to bring the house up to selling standards and how to approach the sellers with our list of repairs. Aaron helped us evaluate these repairs, provided estimates for individual items, prioritized what mattered most, and knew how to approach negotiations based on what the sellers would realistically be willing to address. Aaron was equally helpful in connecting us with vetted professionals, including a loan officer, a home insurance contact, and a painter after closing. These recommendations obviously saved us time on the front end, but also ended up being exactly who we wanted to work with. Aaron is personable and easy to talk to, while still having the experience, negotiation skills, and professional judgment that you expect from someone at the top of their field. We felt we could trust him, rely on his advice, and count on him to look out for our interests.
