My wife and I were absolutely impressed from beginning to end! We were out of state buyers and were a bit nervous about the process. Aaron immediately put us at ease assuring us he will work with us to find a home in the area. He went above and beyond so many times to help. He initially went with my wife's best friend (who lives locally) to inspect a home for us and provided us his feedback right away of his impression. We felt comfortable and trusted his judgement and went forward with the purchase. All along the way he guided us, letting us know what was upcoming in the process so we never had to wonder what was going on. Aaron was very timely in responding to our countless texts, calls and e-mails. He never sounded frustrated or irritated. Aaron helped us hurdle any issues that came up. Particularly, we had to have a second well water test which caused a delay in our closing. The issue was the result of a lack of information provided us and Aaron from our lender. Aaron made calls and contacted the appropriate people to help resolve the issue. He even contacted the lender after the fact and highly recommended they pay for our second water test, which they did and they even paid for the first test! I will refer all of our friends and relatives to Aaron. He is first rate!!
