He helped us find a good house within 1 month. The seller demanded a short closing date and Aaron helped make it happen. Aaron did this through his knowledge of a great local loaning company and with a great staff to push the paperwork through. His office uses up-to-date technology that allowed us to electronically sign papers while on a fast trip for a wedding. Aaron gets 5 stars on negotiating skills because he was good about representing our interests with the seller who wanted us to go with a different lender. Aaron was very good at returning calls as well as coaching us through the entire home-buying process.
