Great Communicator

Everything went together perfectly. We sold within a week and got over asking. For this review I am going to give strengths and what I feel Aaron can also use for improvements STRENGTHS- great communicator, knowledgeable, hustler, methodical, creative are just a few that come to mind. Also his team are there and ready to help each with there part adding to the value of this team WEAKNESS- I cannot help but feel there was a little too much value put into comps. when selecting listing price. Aaron did discuss with us “what we thought” when looking at the comps before listing. The listing price is perhaps one of the most important decisions after you decide to sell. To much and no action, to little and you loose potential capitol. Each home is unique and individual and each home should be priced and listed as such. In the end we got more than listing with 3 offers just days after the open house and within a week of listing. I can’t help but think, did we leave some on the table! Overall though I am very happy with Aaron and his team. I have known Aaron and his family since he was in high school. Could not be more proud of this young man and looking forward to seeing his career blossom. I would highly recommend this Century 21 team to anyone considering a move.
