He works like crazy for you, answers questions you don't know to ask, and is proactive in ensuring there are no issues on your side or anyone else's. It's hard to describe the difference between Aaron and others I've worked with. I think the biggest thing is that he doesn't waste time. He doesn't wait to be asked to do his job. I asked him to sell the house, he then told me next steps, the soonest we could do it (very quick), and then went around to local agents and marketed it even before we had pictures up. We had an offer in like a week. And were able to close very very quickly.
