I highly recommend working with Aaron and team if you want results. We're seasoned buyers, shopping from out of state and had only 2 days to view listings in person. Aaron showed us several properties until we found exactly what we wanted, and we left town with an accepted offer to buy our dream home. How do we begin to describe the incredible service we received from Aaron and Rob from Avalon Group. My wife and I went to St. Pete’s bc a few people we knew moved there from NY, and told us how amazing it is. We thought, ok, let’s go for 3 days. We go and fall completely in love. St. Petersburg Fl is, well, amazing. We were staying at a home away and I said “let’s look at houses”! We got lucky as Aaron and Rob happened to be Realtors! Yes! It was great! I reached out to Aaron and said, “I know we are staying at your home away, but would it be possible to show us some homes? Long story short, Aaron and Rob had listings we sent them set up NEXT DAY! They were incredibly professional, kind and super patient bc my wife and I think a lot before doing. We ended up finding a place, but bc we had an honest inspector that was recommended by Aaron and Rob, we all found out the house had way too many issues and decided not to move forward. We got back to NY, and kept in touch with Aaron and Rob that week. Aaron checked out another house we were interested in. He called us, set up videos, etc. needless to say we now own an amazing space bc of their diligence and honesty. The most amazing thing, and this NEVER happens, is that after the purchase Aaron and Rob set us up with an ADT associate, Went to the house to get a quote on tree trimming and HVAC system. Agents don’t do things like that, but they are two in a million and we can’t thank them enough. You’d be missing out if you don’t visit ST.
