Yvette is a wonderful agent. We initially had another realtor and mid-way through decided to change over to her. Why? She listened to our needs. She was quick to respond and personable. It wasn’t just about a transaction. If she didn’t know something, she would go and find out. And she was honest about it. Her genuine concern to have us find what we’re looking for really shone. We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. She made time to go see the home with us at a moments notice knowing our time was limited. And our offer was accepted. Even after closing she made sure our issues were addressed. We worked with Yvette Kim in August 2022 when relocating from Houston, TX to Tampa Bay, FL. Yvette was already working with our son who was looking for property in the St Pete area. Yvette knew that we were new in town and helped us every step of the way as we looked for contractors and other professionals to help us make the house ready for us to move in to, meeting at the house with those contractors and us to help with those negotiations! Yvette is still a friend to this day, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to help anyone with their new home search.
