I am a first time homebuyer so I came into this experience with absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Aaron was able to help me navigate the CRAZY market. Aaron was always available for a text, call, tour, etc. He would consistently call me to check in and send me homes he thought I may be interested in. We ended up closing on a home this week that I am very happy with. I could not recommend Aaron more! He is the best.

The Man Is well versed in his trade/service and will work for you and with you to accomplish the end result. I was referred to him by co-worker who has dealt with him in the past and he said that you will be vey impressed and boy was I , He started with boots on the ground and in less than time expected (from me) we found and put a contract on the home that fit my need and closed on home all with in a two moth period the process wa seamless.

From the very beginning of this process, which was 100% new to me, Aaron was able to advise me and help me feel comfortable with the process, understood what I was looking for and kept this top of mind, and was clear on requirements from me when we did find the place I liked. My husband and I met Aaron by chance because he was the listing agent on a condo we wanted to view. We liked his vibe so much and ended up looking at houses and after viewing a lot of homes in three days we found our dream home! Aaron was so professional and fun to work with. Aaron took the time to travel with us to the Canton areas in search of the right house. We were in a bind as the sale of our house went faster than expected (also with Aaron) so he was able to work a deal with the realtor, for a house we really liked, to allow us to move in and lease until the paperwork was squared away for the purchase. He kept us in the loop and worked with our lender along the way. We don’t plan to move from this house but if we do Aaron will be my first call.

Can’t say enough good things about Aaron. He was very proactive on issues and questions he knew we would have as both a seller and a buyer. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Responsive whenever called, frequently in the evenings and on the weekends. Set up showings quickly. Negotiations went smoothly. Able to suggest mortgage companies and craftsmen to assist with improvements. Totally responsive to my needs and schedule. Always had my needs in mind
