I'm an out-of-town investor. I first met Aaron when he looked at two houses for me when I was buying the notes on them and becoming the lender. He spent time even though there was no immediate gain for him. Two years later I was back needing to sell one of those houses. Aaron oversaw the renovation and got an offer within a few days. I've never had a realtor go so far for me and handle things so very well. Even though this wasn't a typical transaction, Aaron's willingness to do whatever it takes to win a great success for a client would be a gift to anyone needing to do any kind of real estate deal. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Aaron helped my wife and I close on our first ever home after an 8 month long search. Ultimately the house we closed on was everything we desired and had one of the lowest price tags relative to the other ones we had looked at so we're extremely glad we followed his advice and guidance. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
