In the current market, that can only be described as uncharted territory, he has his finger on the pulse and his insight of the market and trends is invaluable. On this property, he wrote a cover letter that eloquently explained our offer and was able to save me 30k off of the asking price. Then, when armed with the inspection, we were able to counter and got the seller to include more concessions. Without his experience and knowledge, I would have over paid and been stuck making repairs that look minor, but in the long run, we're due to the seller trying to maximize his profit on the property. Aaron really is an advocate for his client and has no problem raising concerns and ensures that you have all the answers and insight before deciding to complete the sale. He communicates and articulates extremely well and puts both the seller and buyer at ease.
Aaron went above and beyond for us. To say he was extremely helpful would be a complete understatement. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in Denver but lived in Virginia at the time. He went to any and all homes that we were interested in, then filmed and edited a tour video for us to watch for each. Aaron is an exceptionally good agent. Aaron has lived in the area for many years, has built countless houses, owns investment properties and uses his wealth of knowledge to help you find the exact property you want. He moves quick (helped us close 9 days early), is very relaxed and patiently explains anything and everything requested. It’s easy to find someone to represent you buying your forever home but it takes a different caliber of person to be able to analyze an investment property efficiently and without emotion. First time selling a house, I went in with a fairly negative view of losing agents as the impression I got from many peoples experiences is minimization effort trying to collect commissions. Aaron though in our early conversations spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions and concerns beyond what most would do. He helped save money by letting me know what was and wasn't worth sinning money into to secure good bids. The most important part though was his resources of folks for various repairs that he figured out and handled for us when we either couldn't find anyone available or were in the middle of our out of state move and short on time and nerves.
