Randy keeps at it. He finds a way to keep a deal alive. Beyond that, he is helpful when someone, who may not even be a client (yet), has need of, say, a subcontractor or handyman. He may be a bit conservative in suggesting a value, but I suspect he does it to keep sellers' from reaching too far.
