918 Home Team

Jerid and Tina were great and knowledgeable and assisted me getting my first home I would recommend them for anyone that's interested in getting a home.

The moment I requested their services, Tina Bell and Jared immediately went to work to find the home that would be perfect for me. There wasn't a time that I couldn't reach them and I got quick responses. It's been a long time since I have had to go through this and their team was there every step of the way. Even had a list of businesses for any service I was looking into that were trustworthy and reasonable. I am a newly divorced lady staring all over on my own and the 918 Home Team, Tina and Jared, made it happen without any hiccups.

We can't say enough good things about Jerid Cook & Tina Bell, what a team! We started our search when rates dropped and there were few houses coming onto the market. We looked at several that sold the day they were listed, it was extremely competitive. Jerid & Tina were fantastic, when a house came up we wanted to see, they were ON IT! We never had to wait for them to respond or setup a showing. Tina was a tremendous resource, she always knew a lot about neighborhoods and found unique properties that met our specific needs. And having Jerid with you when you look at a house is invaluable. He sees problems & issues that most people miss. And when it's time to negotiate, you want him on your side! Thank you, Jerid & Tina!
